Wooden Podium Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain :- Will My Customers Use Wooden Podium for Their Pulpit and Wreath Stands This Summer ?
Before I explain how to install Wooden Podium there is one thing I need to clarify - what exactly is a Wooden Podium. A Wooden Podium is a waterproofing product that is made from wood and is applied in a wide array of finishing techniques. It is the latest "it" product for covering concrete tops as well as many other surfaces. The product is a very versatile, inexpensive, and extremely reliable finish that is especially suited for covering concrete floors in commercial and industrial environments such as auto repair facilities, schools, hospitals, warehouses, and industrial production lines. However, in this article I will specifically address its application to your home - how to use Wooden Podium.
Budget and sound requirements
Wooden Podium can be used on any exterior concrete surface as a temporary sound system for preventing noise infiltration. This can be done with portable or permanent installations depending upon your budget and sound requirements. If sound isn't really a big deal for you then Wooden Podium can be used in either a portable or permanent installation. Typically a contractor will recommend the use of a portable system as a means of reducing any possible damage if an accident were to occur.
Where should you use Wooden Podium?
I have previously mentioned its use on concrete and its obvious applicability in sound proofing applications but there are other areas as well. Where do you plan to use it? Should you use a portable system? How much does the total project cost? These are just some questions you should ask yourself when choosing a suitable finish for your home.
A few years ago I managed to install Wooden Podium on over five hundred feet of railroad tracks. The contractors were using a loose gravel base to create a non-slip pattern for the Podium to adhere to. When the Podium was applied to the rails it looked more like rubber than anything else so the contractor decided to apply a spray coat of white paint to hide it. This was fine until I saw how slippery the Podium made me. It also caused quite a mess on the ground. This project was actually carried out on part of the new railroad extension in my area.
Quality
I decided to use Wooden Podium for my pulpit and wreath stands as they had the light weight factor working for them. Although I was aware that using Podium would increase costs I didn't feel that it would detract from the overall quality of my structures. After receiving several customer feedback I have refined the design of both Podium and Wooden Pulpit Stands. Now they both have the light weight factor and can easily be installed by myself with my in-house DIY skills. Both materials are highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion and can be sanded smooth with medium grade sand paper.
Will my customers use Wooden Podium for their podiums and wreaths? In all honesty I don't know, maybe some will do this year! Will my existing customers use the new acrylic podiums that I designed for my exhibition table tops? My guess is yes, and I'll also use them again next year for my outdoor wedding reception.
